Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within New Zealand only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Costs
- Standard Orders: $20.00 NZD flat rate shipping
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $300.00 NZD
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to your order total.
Processing Time
Once payment is confirmed, orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Back-Ordered Items
If an item in your order is on back-order:
- You will be notified via email
- The order will be shipped as soon as the item arrives in stock
- Partial shipping may be arranged upon request
Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- Email confirmation with tracking number
- Courier company details
- Estimated delivery timeframe
Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery within New Zealand typically takes:
- Urban areas: 1-3 business days after dispatch
- Rural areas: 2-5 business days after dispatch
- Remote locations: 3-7 business days after dispatch
These are estimates and may vary due to courier workload, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Requirements
- Someone must be available to receive the package
- Signature may be required upon delivery
- If no one is available, a calling card will be left with collection instructions
- Packages not collected within the courier's timeframe may be returned to sender
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged:
- Contact us immediately through our contact page
- Provide your order number and tracking information
- Include photos of any damage to packaging or products
- We will work with the courier to resolve the issue
Temperature-Sensitive Products
Some peptide products may require temperature-controlled shipping. This will be clearly indicated on the product page and appropriate packaging will be used.
