Please read this Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
All Sales Are Final
All products sold are intended strictly for laboratory research and development use only. Due to the sensitive nature of research chemicals and peptides, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products except under the limited circumstances described below.
Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Products Only
Refunds or replacements will only be issued if:
- You receive a product that is damaged upon arrival
- You receive an item different from what you ordered
Reporting Requirements
To qualify for a refund or replacement due to damage or incorrect items:
- You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order
- You must provide clear photo and video evidence showing the damage or incorrect item
- The product must be unopened and unused
Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted if:
- The item is unopened and unused
- The item is in its original packaging with all seals intact
- The return is initiated within 7 working days of delivery
- Return authorization has been obtained from our support team
Return Shipping Costs
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: PeptideHub will cover the cost of return shipping
- All Other Returns: Not accepted (all sales are final)
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days
- You will receive email confirmation when the refund is issued
Non-Refundable Situations
We will not issue refunds or accept returns in the following cases:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Claims made after 48 hours of delivery
- Returns initiated after 7 working days of delivery
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer
- Change of mind purchases
- Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
- Claims without proper photo and video evidence
No Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges. All sales are final except for damaged or incorrect items as outlined above.
Temperature-Sensitive Products
Some peptide products may require temperature-controlled shipping and storage. Claims for temperature-related damage must be reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence of the product condition and packaging upon arrival.
